I forgot to mention that I have included a "Failproof" Christmas Cake Recipe at the end of the Student easy recipes selection.

This recipe was given to me by a friend who has been using it for years making Wedding Cakes in her home-baking business. It is so popular she cannot cope with all the orders she gets!

There's a good idea for anyone interested in earning a bit extra working at home!
